Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Important Info

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment facilities. You can see an estimated shipping time for each style by going to the specific product page and selecting your size.

All International shipments are subject to duties and taxes. Custom and import charges are not included in the shipping charges.

Delivery Times

In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. Other items will ship by the date listed on the specific product page. We do specifically outline the estimated shipping time on each product page once a size is selected. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. The delivery timeframe can also be found on the individual product page or in your email confirmation.

What does "Express Shipping" mean?

Express: approximately 2–3 weeks for production + 3–4 business days for delivery

Selecting express shipping moves your order to the front of our production queue and speeds up delivery.

Order Delay

We at vornazeliva.com take the security of our customers very seriously. Therefore, we have implemented fraud filters in an effort to protect our customers against any suspicious or fraudulent charges. If your order triggers a review by our fraud prevention department, we may require additional information in order to approve it for processing. You will be contacted immediately in regards to this matter, and we ask that you contact us back as soon as possible to confirm your order and avoid any further delay. Any order held for verification purposes by our fraud prevention department may be delayed until the needed information is received and the confirmation process is completed.

Orders may be flagged due to incorrect/incomplete billing or shipping information, address confirmation, or return policy review. Any delay in shipping or needed upgrade due to this verification process is the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for packages once they are delivered to shipping companies, freight forwarders, or third-party carriers. Any associated risks are the responsibility of the customer.

Why does it take time to ship? Many of our styles are designed and made to order by our production team. This means your gown is crafted specifically for your order — which takes time. We list the most accurate ship window we can on each product page.
